Test Suite (Test Cases/ Test Scenario- Preparation/Review/Execution) Defect Life cycle Test/Defect Report preparation Involved in preparing Test Plan/Effort estimation Test Management (Defect/Test reporting, Monitoring and test metrics) Client Integration 4 years
Desirable Technical Skills	Skills Years of Experience Experience in Agile Methodology 2 RDBMS (SQL, Oracle preferred) 1 Processes (CMMi)/Any Any Knowledge on Automation Tools would be an added advantage (QTP/RFT/Selenium/RPT/JMeter)
Essential Domain Knowledge	NA
Desirable Domain Knowledge	Insurance, Manufacturing Industry, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Education
